And Thank You too Goapy for the important info that you have provided. I always had a feeling that was the way these Netopia's were setup with the firmware, feature keys, and ISP customizations.
By the way what would be these other non-user accessible settings? This procedure either doesn't work for all N modems or some steps have been left out of the procedure.
I have been unable to change either one of my modems to the netopia interface. Could you document the exact procedure? Is there any way around this problem?
I am sure you have solved this in the mean time but there must be an option to disable DHCP somewhere. There are several versions of interface for these Eircom routers but the features are more or less the same.
